Reduced sleep disorders: Participants waking up at 5 AM reported fewer sleep disorders such as insomnia, snoring, and vivid dreaming.
Health benefits: Better sleep quality can lower the risk of chronic diseases like hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.
It also boosts immunity against common illnesses.
