Chiyo the tiger-striped cat says: "Life’s a rollercoaster, isn’t it? Without the rough patches, we wouldn’t fully appreciate the sunny days!" I’ve been thinking a lot about this and found a few things that might help when those tough days hit. Here’s what I learned.
