A study conducted by researchers from Osaka University in Japan revealed the relationship between dinner timing and the risk of cardiovascular diseases among over 71,000 participants.
After a 19-year follow-up period, it was found that out of 4,706 participants who died from cardiovascular disease, the irregular dinner group had a 44% higher risk of dying from hemorrhagic stroke compared to the early dinner group.
This study emphasizes the importance of eating dinner at regular times, even when busy.
