The benefits of waking up at 5 AM have been established in a recent six-month nationwide study.  Study design: Participants were divided into two groups, one waking up at 5 AM and the other at 8 AM. 

Sleep quality: Those waking up at 5 AM experienced better sleep quality, falling asleep and staying in deep sleep more easily.

Reduced sleep disorders: Participants waking up at 5 AM reported fewer sleep disorders such as insomnia, snoring, and vivid dreaming. 

Health benefits: Better sleep quality can lower the risk of chronic diseases like hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. It also boosts immunity against common illnesses.
