1. Acanthosis nigricans: Characterized by skin pigmentation, dryness, and roughness. Could be related to gastric, pancreatic, and colorectal cancer.
2. Jaundice: Yellowing of the skin due to liver disease. Liver, gallbladder, bile duct, and pancreatic head cancers can cause jaundice.
3. Multiple erythema: Circular blisters on hands, feet, or back may indicate leukemia, lung, and breast cancer.
4. Spider angioma: Indicates liver cirrhosis, acute hepatitis, or even liver cancer. Impaired liver function leads to increased estrogen levels and dilation of blood vessels.
5. Dermatomyositis: Patients may have polymorphic erythema, edema, muscle soreness, and fatigue.
Higher likelihood of developing internal organ tumors, including lung, nasopharyngeal, gastric, breast, cervical cancer.
